Nightclub May Lose Liquor License

A Delta Township nightclub might no longer able to serve booze.
The township board will ask the state to revoke Roxy Night Club's liquor license.
The township board deliberated for nearly four hours Tuesday night, before voting unanimously to get the state involved.
Eaton County Sheriff's Deputies told the board about several incidents at the club on West Saginaw-- including a brawl there in February.
A lawyer for Roxy's says the incidents don't warrant a revoke of the club's license.

I bet there were more than 7 runs to Meijer's last year and one murder there in the last 2 years. What about WalMart or the Lansing Mall, and in in some of those cases more than 7 runs and "brawls." But, the Eaton County Sheriffs would not release the true information or testify honestly if they were standing on a stack of Bibles. I am so glad we will have another boarded up business on Saginaw Highway. Maybe we can finally put that building to use by opening up the new Delta Township Police Department and send the ECSD packing!
