The Michigan National Guard has a new tool to help in the fight against crime.
It showed off its new UH-72A Lakota Light Utility Helicopter to News 10 Tuesday.
This new kind is much more cost effective than the current choppers the guard is using. They also include the latest technology, like infrared cameras, a rescue hoist and high-tech camera sensors for things like drug and security operations.
National Guard members are training on three of them right now. They are expected to get four more later this summer.
