Although Chuck Todd has done a good job with the election projections tonights, I miss Tim Russell and his charts. Election night just wasn't the same without him!

Being an independent, I've been following this election closely. And I admit I'm a little curious. Google has less than 5% of the precincts in California reporting in, yet they just handed over 55 electoral votes to Obama. Just wondering how 4.8% translates into 55 votes.
