More people are coming forward after a father and daughter in Jackson County's Blackman Township were arrested for blackmail.

David and Jennifer Allan are charged with blackmailing a man Jennifer met at the strip club where she worked. The victim told police Jennifer threatened to accuse him of rape after having consensual sex in a motel, unless he paid her thousands of dollars.

As of Friday, at least 5 more victims have come forward, according to Detective Sgt. Chris Boulter with Blackman-Leoni Township Public Safety. The incidents vary, with at least one victim saying he was also scammed out of money after having sex with Jennifer at a motel.

Other victims that have come forward say David Allan pulled a painting scam on them, promising to paint their house if they paid him money up front for the supplies. Det. Sgt. Boulter says Allan then never showed up to do the job.

If you believe you were scammed by David or Jennifer Allan, call Blackman-Leoni Township Public Safety at 517-788-4223.
