A plane will light up the sky in Okemos Thursday night in memory of the three graduates killed in a car crash on U.S. 23 Sunday.
The community is asked to meet at Chippewa Middle School at 8:30pm to hold candles in a moment of silence as the plane flies over.
The pilot is an Okemos High School Graduate and wants to honor Sarina Segar, Heather Comstock and Matt Kolstoe with three landing lights.
The passengers onboard the plane will be instructed to also observe a moment of silence.
The flyover will happen around 8:35pm.
