BATH -- Mid-Michiganders took the polar plunge Sunday to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Michigan.

Participants dressed up in creative costumes, competing for the Golden Plunger.

State Sen. Rick Jones, R-Grand Ledge, jumped into the icy waters at Eagle Eye Golf Club in Bath.
