A Branch County man is behind bars this morning,,, after Sheriff's Deputies search his home and find a marijuana growing operation.
Officers found 46 marijuana plants at David Rumsey's home on Ralston Rd. in Sherwood Township, that's more than twice the legal limit.
He does have a medical marijuana card and is a caregiver for another person.
Rumsey had a felony warrant out for his arrest at the same location for a meth lab operation.
