A Brooklyn man has been charged in a deadly crash that happened in Columbia Township in January.
26-year-old David Murgaw is facing charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and causing death after police say he lost control of the car and hit a tree stump, killing his friend Zebulan Fatheree.
Murgaw also faces his second-offense of drunk driving after previously being charged for an offense in September.
If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $10,000.
