Democratic gubernatorial candidate Virg Bernero has just a few days left to woo voters.

Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero is seen in an Aug. 29, 2007 photo in Lansing, Mich. Bernero said Monday, Dec. 21, 2009 he plans to create an exploratory committee as he considers challenging Lt. Gov. John Cherry and others for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination next year. The former state lawmaker will file paperwork this week and plans to decide whether to enter the race early next year. It's the weekend before Election Day and democratic gubernatorial candidate Virg Bernero has just a few days left to woo voters.

The mayor has put in long hours on the campaign trail, working to try and close that big gap between him and republican Rick Snyder.

He's hoping to cover as much ground as possible, with campaign stops Friday in Benton Harbor and Saturday in Ann Arbor, Detroit and Pontiac.

Thank you James, I have been trying to tell people that Virg is a joke, for several years. He single handedly did everything for the city of Lansing. Just ask him. He loves developers, even the ones who are pure and simple crooks. He just want all of them to move to Lansing. Scare anyone yet. Sorry to say he is not just a Halloween scarey tale.

Lets face it folks, he is nothing short of being a clown. I agree with James, where was he (Bernero) when the ship was going down? He should have been out there speaking up for everyone, like he is pretending to do today. What will he sell, if he gets elected? Lts put it this way, what hasn't he sold? God help us if he gets elected, but wait, he will only be Governor for a little over a year. Because he will desert the State and run for the Presidentcy!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOPY!!!!!!!!!!

Where was Virg when the 4 GM plants closed? Where was Virg when Leaseway closed? Where was Virg when Lansing School District closed schools? All union jobs, that Virg didn't fight for as Mayor. Instead of being for the people, he moved the City Market away from its front street corner view, he hid it behind the Lansing Center. When he did that, he sold it to the Special Interest in his pocket called Developers. Instead of asking the people like Benevides did, He changed the name from the Voted "Oldsmobile Park" in tribute to R.E. Olds, who made his first cars in Lansing, to the "Thomas M. Cooley Law School Stadium. Wasn't Cooley from Detroit? And where will Virg be when our State is more in shambles if he's elected Governor? Running for Obama's seat in 2012.
