City and Police officials say the man who raped a south Lansing woman early Friday morning may have attacked at least two other women.
Police say the latest attack happened at about 6 a.m. on the 4000 block of Christianson Road. The victim, a woman in her 60s, was home with her elderly mother when the man entered through a window.
The woman was raped and the house was ransacked.
The only description of the attacker the victim is able to give is a man with a deep, low voice and was wearing a white mask.
A better lead is the victim's car, taken by the attacker. An example is pictured here. It is a red 1996 Buick Skylark, with a license plate of BTC2186.
Late Friday afternoon, Mayor Virg Bernero and Police Chief Theresa Symanski announced the attack is similar to two others.
