Lansing Officers Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect

LANSING -- Police slap the handcuffs on a Lansing man after they say he robbed a store with a knife.

Police say the armed robbery happened at the Dollar General store on South MLK Boulevard just before 9:30 Saturday morning.

Police tell News 10 the suspect took off on foot into a wooded area, but they were able to catch him when he emerged.

The 36-year-old suspect is expected to be arraigned Sunday morning.
