LANSING - Four homes in Lansing are riddled with gunfire. Police received emergency calls from the area of the 500 block of Clifford Street Wednesday evening shortly after 6 o'clock. Four houses had been stuck by bullets, as well as a car parked in one of the home's driveway. Three of the four homes were occupied at the time with children inside one of the homes. Remarkably, no one was struck by bullets.
Residents there tell police by the time they ventured outside to see what happened there was no sign of any one or any vehicle. Police did recover shell casings outside and bullets from inside the homes. Police tell News 10 that it does not appear any occupants have reason to believe they were being targeted.
