Lansing Bank Robbed at Gunpoint

LANSING - A gunman robs a Lansing bank this morning. Lansing police Lt. Noel Garcia says a man wearing a ski mask walked into the PNC bank in the 1700 block of W. Mt. Hope Road shortly after 11 o'clock Tuesday morning. He showed a handgun and demanded money from a clerk. The clerk complied. The gunman told everyone to lay on the floor and left the building. No one was hurt. It's unknown if the robber fled by car. An attempt to track the man with police dogs was unsuccessful.
Anyone with information is asked to call Lansing police at 483-4600 or send an anonymous text if they have information, by texting 847411 (TIP411), beginning your message with LPD517 and then type your message.

    the police need a good blood hound seems they can never track any one? wonder if the dog is not trained for that?
