The Lansing Police Department will hold a Police Officer Employment Informational Session that will inform prospective applicants of employment opportunities at the LPD, as well as discuss the upcoming hiring process for the position of Police Officer.
This current hiring process will establish a hiring roster of eligible certified or certifiable (academy-trained or current officer status) candidates for future police officer vacancies at the Lansing Police Department.
The current hiring process has an application deadline of Friday, December 6th. Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend this event that will be held at the Tabernacle of David Church, located at 2645 W. Holmes Road in Lansing, on Tuesday,
November 26 at 5:30pm, to learn more about the hiring process.
Members of the Lansing Police Department and other City of Lansing personnel will be on hand to provide further information and answer questions.
