A psychiatrist has found the Leo Kwaske not competent to stand trial. However, it will be up to a Jackson judge to determine Kwaske's legal fate.
Kwaske is accused of beheading his neighbor, 59-year-old Shirley Meeks, in her apartment.
The suspect was taken to Michigan's Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Ypsilanti and returned to Jackson county's jail after several hours of evaluation.
