51-year-old Ricky Wheeldon is in the Jackson County jail on charges of possessing stolen merchandise and resisting arrest. Bail on each charge has been set at $1 million.
State and county authorities raided Wheeldon's Munith Road home in Jackson Tuesday and found stolen merchandise, guns and drugs. Jackson County sheriff investigators say the stolen goods came from home thefts in both Jackson and Ingham Counties.
Wheeldon is described as a career criminal. More charges against him are likely and there could be more arrests.
