LANSING (WILX)-- Economists say Michigan's economy is turning around for the fourth straight year in part because the housing sector is on the mend.
It's great news for people trying to sell their homes. A survey show U.S. home prices rose 10.5 % in March compared to a year ago. The biggest gain since March 2006. Michigan prices rose 5.3%.
