A house fire broke out on the 1100 block of Burk Highway in Windsor Township around 3:30 a.m.
The Eaton County Fire Chief said the house looks to be a total loss. The Fire Department says one man lived there and called the department when he smelled smoke.
The man made it out safely. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
