Associated Press - A manufacturer is recalling frozen vegetables because they may contain glass fragments.
The vegetables are sold nationwide by Wal-Mart and at Kroger stores in the southeast.
While no injuries have been reported, packing company, Pictsweet, is advising the public not to eat the store-brand vegetables because of the potential for harm.
The recall affects 12 ounce bags of peas and 12 ounce bags of peas and carrots sold under the Kroger store brand, as well as 12 ounce bags of steamable sweet peas and mixed vegetables sold at Wal-Mart under the Great Value brand.
Customers with questions can contact Pictsweet at 1-800-367-7412 extension 417.
