Foreclosures Down, Home Prices Up in Mid-Michigan

Recent numbers show homes sale prices in Mid-Michigan are posting a steady increase compared to this time last year.

Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties have all seen 5% increases in sale prices compared to 2012.

The statewide average selling price has increased nearly 8 percent this year, according to the Michigan Association of Realtors.

Experts say now is the time to buy as interest rates are low and the market it looking to be on a steady rebound.
