Police say an 18-year-old Detroit-area woman threw knives at her fiance during an argument about their wedding plans.

Jenna Spraggins of Ferndale is charged with felonious assault and domestic violence. Ferndale detective Ken Denmark says she's accused of throwing a bread knife and a steak knife at her mother and her fiance on March 28. No one was hurt.

Denmark tells the Daily Tribune that an argument erupted over the man's failure to get Spraggins a ring. He says the man also wanted to go skateboarding.

Spraggins could not immediately be reached for comment Friday. Her home phone was unanswered. Her next court date is May 12.

She's throwing knives because she didn't get her way and he wants to go skateboarding. I hope SOMEONE is going to make sure these two do not breed. Note to mom...start slipping birth control pills in her dinner.
