An Eaton County Commissioner could be spending the holidays in jail.
Joseph Brehler pleaded guilty Monday morning to "impaired driving"--- related to his September 24th arrest when he hit a parked wrecker helping a stranded driver on Saginaw Highway.
In exchange for his plea, the "Operating While Intoxicated" charge was dropped. Brehler could face up to 93 days in jail when he's sentenced in early November.
