Another driver is arrested under Michigan's new Super Drunk law Wednesday morning after crashing into a house.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says the 42-year-old woman from Michigan Center missed a curve on Springport Road in Rives Township--- and drove right into a home just before 5 am.
No one inside was injured. The Undersheriff tells News 10 the driver blew a .18--- more than double the legal limit.
That new law applies to anyone who has a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher. If they are convicted they face 180 days in jail, a $200-$700 fine and one year license suspension, among other penalities.
