EATON RAPIDS (WILX)-- The cooler summer weather is taking its toll on local farmers.
Vegetables ripen during the night, and with the cooler temperatures they are instead going dormant.
The cold isn't the only problem. Rains in June caused blossoms to fall off, and the wet weather threatens farms with fungus problems.
