"I feel comfortable now and happy," said Cece Jean, a former Allcare dental patient who went to receive services from Healthy Smile today.

Jean said she gave nearly $6000 to Allcare for denture work.

"I was very scared and nervous because I already had my dentures paid for," Jean said, "I was under the assumption that they were here but not sure if I would get them."

Healthy Smile is the dental office that moved into Allcare's Frandor location just days after they suddenly closed.

"They just said a doctor from Chelsea had took over the company and they were sorry for any inconvenience," Jean said.

Thursday marked the second day for Healthy Smile. Employees are currently working without computers or phones and have already seen more than 100 patients.

Don Deaton is the Office Manager for Healthy Smile.

"Healthy Smile has taken the lease over on this location and is seeing Allcare patients," Deaton said, "Even to the extent where we are providing patient care and services to patients who had previously paid through Allcare."

But new management brings up even more concerns for Dan Hayes another former patient of Allcare.

"They are going to do the final lining on the plates as far as the warranty they haven't said anything on the warranty," Hayes said.

Healthy Smile is currently operating from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
