Charges Filed in Motorcycle Hit & Run

Charges have been filed in a hit-and-run motorcycle accident that seriously injured a woman in Grand Ledge in September. Zachary Bowden was arraigned on two felonies and a misdemeanor Tuesday morning. Eaton County prosecutors tell wilx.com he hit the motorcycle on M-43, drove off at 90 miles-per-hour and tried to run a witness off the road for following him. Bowden faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
