Police Dispatched for Breaking and Entering Calls in Eaton County

Eaton County deputies were dispatched to a Breaking and Entering call on Church Street in Olivet, after an apartment resident awoke and found an unknown person in their residence. The resident chased the intruder out of the residence and called 911.

While deputies were investigating the first call, a second Breaking and Entering call came in to Eaton County Central Dispatch on Spruce Street in Olivet.

Deputies were able to recover evidence and both incidents are under investigation. Eaton County Sheriff's Office are encouraging residents to take measures to keep their homes secure and to report any suspicious persons or activity.
