PARMA - The boil water advisory in the Jackson County village of Parma has been lifted. Test results on Thursday show the water is ready for consumption. On Monday a utility crew broke a water main just outside the village. Officials told residents they needed to boil any water being used for drinking or cooking to be boiled for at least a minute.
