MASON - One man and two women go before a judge Monday to be charged with robbing a bank in Stockbridge. The man is also charged with robbing a Bank in Williamston the week before.
Todd Bradley White, 43, of Lansing faces 9 criminal counts; 3 from the armed robbery of the Farmers State Bank in Stockbridge Friday, and 6 for a robbery that took place May 24th at the Independent Bank on Grand River Avenue in Williamston.
Police say in both cases it was White who showed a handgun to the teller, demanded cash and took off.
Jessica Felix, 28, and Andrea Hath, 33, both of Lansing, were also in court, charged with 4 felony counts related to the Stockbridge robbery.
On Friday, May 31, after the Farmers State Bank was robbed, a police caught up to a vehicle in which they say Todd White was riding. The car drove into a yard about a mile north of Stockbridge. Police say White ran out and jumped into a pond with a backpack full of money. One of the women was stopped in the car White had been in, and the other woman was in second car stopped by police nearby.
A fourth person detained on Friday was released without being charged.
Todd Bradley White is held on $500,000 bond. Felix and Hath are both held on $50,000 bond.
