Someone's life will change forever Friday.
The winner of the August 15 $337 million Powerball jackpot will be announced at Michigan Lottery headquarters on Friday at 11:30 a.m.
Lottery officials will introduce the person who bought the winning ticket at a Lapeer gas station earlier this month. Lapeer is about 45 miles north of Detroit.
According to the Associated Press, the market that sold the winning ticket will get a $50,000 bonus.
The winner may choose to take a $241 million lump sum.
The winning numbers in the August 15 drawing were 6, 27, 46, 51, 56 and Powerball 21.
