Lawmakers Anticipating State of the State Address

Ahead of Gov. Rick Snyder's 7 p.m. State of the State address, legislators have mixed feelings on the success of the past year.

Rep. Andy Schor (D-Lansing) isn't as positive. "This year has had good and bad moments," he said.
