The Lansing City Council is holding a public hearing at its meeting, tonight, to address concerns from those who face potential fees for snow and ice removal.
If approved, the fees would be charged to those who didn't remove snow or ice from their sidewalks in a timely manner and, in turn, prompted the city to remove it for them.
There are 28 homes and businesses on this year's list of assessments, totaling more than $4000 in fees.
