Lansing Police are looking for two suspects they say robbed a man at gunpoint.

Police say a man was held up for beer. It happened around 2:00 a.m. Saturday near the Quality Dairy on Kalamazoo and Pennsylvania Avenue.

According to Lansing Police, the man was walking home from the Quality Dairy when he was apparently followed by a car to a side street.

A woman was driving a smaller framed 2- door red car, police said.
A male passenger had the gun.

No shots were fired and the man did hand over the beer.

I realize that we have people out of work, and in need of assistance for homes, clothing, food, but to hold someone up for beer, That is so bad it's funny. What a bunch of idiots live in Lansing, bet you a dollar it was a couple of punk kids, who were underage anyway. How do you check someone for stollen beer? Bobbles the mind.
