Possible Ebola Patient in Canada

The deadly Ebola outbreak in West Africa has a hospital in Ontario, Canada taking extra precautions.

A patient at Brampton Civic Hospital is in isolation, showing symptoms similar to Ebola.

Health officials say they have instituted heightened infection control procedures as they treat the patient who recently visited Nigeria.

West Africa continues to be hit by an outbreak of the virus that has killed more than 900 since February.

The virus is still highly contagious and has no known cure or vaccine.

Nigeria's president declared a state of emergency on the country yesterday due to the virus' outbreak.
