Michigan officials are reporting 164 confirmed swine flu cases in the state.
That is seven more than reported on a state Web site last week.
The cases are spread among 27 of Michigan's 83 counties. The state updated its figures Monday afternoon.
Federal officials have determined the swine flu virus is similar to seasonal flu and not as severe as initially feared.
