Updated: 12/22/2010 - The father of a 3-year-old East Lansing girl is brought back to East Lansing overnight. Lester Pernell was arraigned on kidnapping and home invasion charges Wednesday morning. He's accused of forcibly taking his daughter from her mother Monday night and was located in Detroit Tuesday night.
