After months of campaigning and millions of dollars spent in Michigan, the presidential race is down to the final days. Our exclusive News 10 "Voice of the Voter" poll conducted by EPIC-MRA shows Romney's momentum has stalled.

President Obama is leading Governor Romney 48 to 42 percent among Michigan voters. Voters who are undecided or will for another candidate is 10 percent. Compared to our poll earlier this month, shortly after the first debate, Obama remains unchanged, but Romney is down three points.

"That first debate has probably had more of an impact in this election than i have seen in any previous election. You just don't see that kind of movement from one debate," said Bernie Porn, a pollster at EPIC-MRA.

Going deeper into the numbers, Obama leads Romney in multiple categories. He's viewed as more likely to seek bipartisan solutions, and better at protecting social security and medicare, making affordable health insurance available, and handling the war in Afghanistan. Another

Governor Romney is favored in our poll as better at handling the economy and creating jobs, controlling the price of gasoline, and dealing with the federal budget deficit.

The widening margin between President Obama and Romney means if Romney wants to win Michigan he has a lot of ground to make up in the next few days. What's further making it hard for the Romney campaign, more people feel the country is in the right direction.

"Among Michigan voters 43 percent now say, which is the highest level in years, that the country is going in the right direction. So that is starting to have an impact," said Porn.

He says that number has been as low as 20 and 25 points.

When it comes to the senate race, according to our EPIC-MRA poll Sen. Stabenow appears to have a strong reelection campaign,,, leading Pete Hokestra by 21 points.

"Hokestra was unable to really introduce himself to the extent needed. There's still a large percentage of voters who do not know him, or who recognize the name and have not formed an opinion of him," said Porn.

Porn says Hokestra hasn't done enough advertising to get people to know who he is.

"Plus he's had some missteps in his campaign in terms of some of the advertisements that he has done," said Porn.

Our poll sampled 600 voters across the state. While there is a margin of error of plus or minus 4 points, the winners are very clear in each race we looked at. Of course no one's voice is louder than the people who go to the polls. This time next week, WILX will be reporting the actual results and not just projections.

Cannot believe any thinking individual could think of a valid reason for voting for Mitt Romney! Just look at his comments when he started his run for nomination and from then on. He has changed his position on most of those issues(almost every one of them) would that be so that he could get elected and then do just as he pleases?? If anyone out there thinks the middle class (what's left of it after George Bush and Dick Cheney)will be better off with Romney they are seriously deluded. He is a VERY rich individual and always has been!! He can't possibly relate to the normal working folks let alone struggling folks. Think about it, please!!

whoever wins, remember this: no matter the form of government, Fascism to monarch to democracy, it is just different methods of people ruling other people. Democracy is nothing more than 50.1% being able to tell 49.9% of the people what is best for them. The electoral college is just another version of this, with each state having different numbers of "votes", candidates WILL cater to the states with the most votes first (California, Texas, Florida, etc.). There is no such thing as "equal representation" in this country.

Hey Anonymous, the question should be do you really want the national debt to go to $21 Trillion (the 1st year) and unemployment to rise to 20 to 25 per cent, levels similar to Greece's, under Romney? Trickle down economics has been shown not to work, tax breaks for the rich do not mean prosperity or more jobs, and de-regulation will put the country back into the same situation that allowed the 2009 Great Recession. Why do you think Romney has not been more specific about his economic plans? He knows they will not work.

Hey Non_Anon, do you REALLY want to state that Obama's policies have been good for America?? If 16 trillion dollars in debt and unemployment at 8% over the last four years is YOUR idea of progress I feel sorry for you! All I can say is if you voted for Obama in '08 to prove you're not a racist--vote for Romney in '12 to prove you're not an idiot!

Why can't people just accept the fact that Romney's proposed policies are bad for the country and people know it?

Its kinda of hard to juedge 600 votes could equal millions and base that on that... I love when they poll 1072 people in the US and base 30 million votes off that...

Once again, the next US presidential election will be fixed. Mitt Romney will be elected even though Barack Obama would have received more votes in the 2012 election. The political assassination will be perpetrated by Bush hiding behind Crossroads GPS, the most influential group of Neocons. The Neocons will have Mitt Romney elected to first use him and then let him fall easy prey. All blames and responsibilities will fall on the new Mormon president for the events already planned. Mitt Romney will be the spokesman for George Bush and his job inauguration is on January 21 2013. The next Israeli election will be on January 22 2013. These two dates are overlapped in preparation for War. The new World War of Religion is already a done deal behind the backs of all people to bring chaos and poverty and to favor in the end one New World Order. It will be just from chaos that one voice will rise with the promise to fix all and everyone. That will be the forked tongue of the New World Order. One Solution once it happens. http://www.wavevolution.org/en/humanwaves.html

Still even in the national polls. The libs may have swayed MI, but they won't win overall.
