Two suspects are expected to be arraigned Tuesday in the death of two-year-old Brandon Kemp. Kemp was found unresponsive at his mother's Pine Books apartment on April 30 and died at a hospital. The suspects are in police custody as of Monday evening, but their names won't be released until after the arraignment. News 10 will have a crew in the courtroom for the hearing.
