Shots were fired at 2 am Sunday morning on the 600 block of East Michigan.
Police Officers arrived on the scene as people fled, the officers chased after a man with a gun in his hand.
The man was quickly apprehended and arrested. A little while later a victim was located at Sparrow hospital.
The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The reason for the shooting is under investigation.
