MILLINGTON, Mich. (AP) -- Authorities say two young people are in custody amid an investigation into threats made against fellow students at a Michigan high school.
WSGW-AM and MLive.com report the two were held by authorities in Tuscola County after unspecified threats were investigated starting Tuesday in Millington.
The threats involved Millington High School, located about 65 miles northwest of Detroit.
Area schools have been closed for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as a precaution. They're scheduled to reopen after a break for the holidays.
Authorities say three homes were searched and physical evidence seized as part of the ongoing investigation. Police are seeking tips from the public in the case.
