Person Killer in Shooting Outside Grand Rapids Bar

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) -- Grand Rapids police say one person has been killed and another injured in a shooting outside a bar after closing time.

Police caught up with the victims at a hospital early Saturday where they had been transported in a car traveling at high speed. One was conscious while the other was unresponsive.

The shooting occurred about 2:30 a.m. outside the New Roosevelt Bar on the southwest side of Grand Rapids. Both victims lived in the city. No other details were released.
