LANSING -- Mayor Virg Bernero will announce plans for a massive development project downtown Monday.
Bernero, along with a local developer, will outline the multi-million dollar project at a noon press conference.
His office tells News 10 the plan calls for building 90 apartment units on the parcel of land at the corner of Butler Blvd. and Ionia Street. The project will also include more than two acres of green space and a rain garden to manage storm runoff.
The project is slated to cost $6.8 million.
