One man has been crushed to death under a dump truck in Parma Township this afternoon.
Jackson County Undersheriff Chris Kuhl says that Jeff Teague, 36, from Parma Township was delivering wood to a home on the 13300 block of West Michigan Avenue.
Teague was using an older Ford dump truck and the dump box became stuck in the upright position.
Teague apparently went underneath the dump to fix it when it apparently collapsed, crushing him between the frame and the bed.
No one else was hurt in the accident.
