JACKSON (WILX)-- A Concord teen accused of stabbing his mother to death is expected to be found "not guilty by reason of insanity."
Grow is charged with stabbed Robin Grow to death in February. Since then, the state Center for Forensic Psychiatry has found Grow not criminally responsible for the murder.
The Center for Forensic Psychiatry has also determined Grow is now competent to stand trial.
Jackson County Circuit Judge Thomas Wilson will hear evidence of Grows insanity Friday afternoon.
