ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) -- Pinball wizards and newbies alike are gathering at Oakland University for the annual Michigan Pinball Expo.
The expo is in its fourth year. It's expected to draw thousands over the four-day event. Organizers say 3,000 people attended last year.
Some of the hundreds on hand Saturday were old pros, while others were trying out the machines for the first time. There were 150 machines available for free play.
Show organizer John Kosmal tells The Detroit News "every hobby has its geeky side, but we wanted to make it accessible to families, children and the older people who remember playing it."
