JACKSON - A Jackson man says three men armed with guns threatened him and his child during a robbery at his home.

Jackson police say that the man told them the three men entered his home on the 200 block of Orange Street shortly after 10:30PM Monday. The man says the three were covering their faces with hooded sweatshirts. He said two carried pistols, and pointed the guns at the man and his child.

They took cash and the man's medical marijuana. No shots were fired, and no one was hurt. Police used a tracking dog for a couple of blocks, but the trail ended abruptly, indicating the thieves may have gotten into a car.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Jackson Police at 517-788-4100 or the Jackson County TIP line at 517-787-0212.

wrong B federal rules trump state rules everytime and if the state police want to mess with you they can use federal law as an excuse. that is why even if you have a medical card marijuana is still illegal. to bads feds just dont legalize.

Anonymous: That is actually incorrect. As far as the state in concerned you can posses a firearm if you have your card. You can even have both your cpl and your mmj card. Federally is where that becomes a problem. But if you're following the state rules, you should never be of federal concern.
