East Lansing Goes with DTN Plan for Park District

East Lansing City Council approved a plan to redevelop the property at the corner of Abbot Road and Grand River known as the Park District, formerly the City Center II Project and before that it was a Citizens Bank.

Councilmembers chose a plan by DTN Management that would include a hotel, residential units, retail and office space, a small pharmacy, an urgent care, a specialty grocery store and space for entreprenuers.

There are still several steps to go before any sort of construction would begin, including, studies, public meetings and a financial analysis.
