East Lansing Aquatic Center Opens for the Season

Aquatic Center Hours:
May 31-June 9: all week, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
June 10-July 31: weekdays, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.; weekends, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Aug. 1-Sept. 1: all week, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sept. 2: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

You can beat the heat today by heading over to the East Lansing Family Aquatic Center. It opens today at 11 a-m for the summer season.

Features include a 190-foot tube water slide, 140-foot body water slide, splash park, drop slide, diving board, youth frog slide and a number of interactive, water-play structures. The Aquatic Center also features a wet/dry sand play area, large sunbathing deck, zero-depth pool entry and concession area.

Admission to the park is $6 for a day pass for East Lansing residents, and $9 for non-residents. Toddlers 2 and under are free, while senior residents pay $5 to get in, and non-resident seniors pay $8.
