Driver Charged in Trooper Accident Going To Trial
An Ingham County judge ruled Thursday there is enough evidence to put Mark Kollar of Ohio in front of a jury.

The man charged in accident that put a state trooper in the hospital for weeks will stand trial.
An Ingham County judge ruled Thursday there is enough evidence to put Mark Kollar of Ohio in front of a jury.
He surrendered to police earlier this month and was charged with a felony and misdemeanor
Trooper Drew Spencer was hit while on a traffic stop on I-96 in Leroy Township Labor Day weekend.
He spent weeks in the hospital, followed by weeks of therapy before returning to duty on December 15.
