Lansing Police are looking for public assistance in their investigation of an alleged case of child abuse. Police say some time in mid-August a possible criminal incident took place at the downtown branch of the Capital Area Public Library. During the police investigation the woman in the picture was identified as possibly having critical information to help in the investigation.
